He is already featured in Urban Nature with the Dream House Quartet . And in addition to the evening dedicated to his concertos, Bryce Dessner also presents, at this edition of Ars Musica, a musical project conceived as an invitation to his musician friends: the Zaïde Quartet, the members of the folk-rock group This is the Kit, and the pop singer Mina Tindle. He will revisit some of his guests' most significant compositions as well as excerpts from his album Impermanence/Desintegration (2021). A piece for string quartet, Impermanence/Desintegration is Born from the fire that broke out in Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris in 2019, and its destruction in a matter of hours of thousand-year-old oak beams, this creation notably led to a choreography by the Sydney Dance Company in 2020, magnificently filmed by Clemens Habicht.
